I don't really like the last option, but I hate it even more when games are set up to do that automatically at launch. If none of that is an option, make a simple xrandr script, or just disable the other monitors through whatever GUI you have for your graphics driver. Never had any issues moving a fullscreen window that way. I have to do that with a handful of games (Including Metro 2033) to move them to my center monitor. It is part of the two-part remake Metro Redux.
